By Jackson Payne, Deseret News: BYU didn’t have to look very far to find its latest quarterback recruit.
Skyridge High School quarterback Kaneal Sweetwyne has committed to the Cougars, he announced Tuesday via social media.
“(BYU has) been in my corner from Day 1 and and I felt like it was home for me,” Sweetwyne told 247 Sports. “I believe that their staff has the ability to help me achieve my goal of playing at the next level and being the best I can be there.”
