By Geoffrey C. Arnold, OregonLive: Dean Spanos, co-owner of the Los Angeles Chargers, said he and two siblings will not sell the team after sister and minority owner Dea Spanos Berberian asked a court to force the sale of the team to address mounting debt.
Spanos Berberian has filed a lawsuit petitioning the Los Angeles County Superior Court court to place one-third of the team’s ownership stake up for sale. Spanos Berberian is one of the four Spanos siblings who control the Spanos Family Trust, which owns 36 percent of the franchise
