By Trevor Allen, KSL Sports: The Utah football program has named a starting quarterback ahead of the 2021 season, that much we can confirm after Monday’s practice.
According to multiple reports and confirmed by KSL Sports, Charlie Brewer was named the starting quarterback for the season opener against Weber State.
