Kyle Smith: Extension talks tabled until season's end but 'WSU wants me here'

By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan: Washington State head basketball man Kyle Smith was asked during his press conference on Tuesday about a possible contract extension, and if there had been any discussions with the WSU administration.

“It’s something we tabled until the end of this year,” Smith said. “But they want me here and that’s awesome. It’s a great feeling and comforting. That’s been really from day one. After my first year, they extended me.”
