By Jake Sloan, SunDevil Source: Arizona State will not designate a starting running back for its season opener against NAU, head coach Kenny Dillingham said during his first weekly press conference of the season on Monday.
Juniors Kyson Brown, Raleek Brown and Kanye Udoh garnered first-team reps in camp, with Kyson Brown taking the most snaps of the three and being the first to do so in Saturday’s practice that introduced ASU’s scout team. Typically, the first running back to work with the starters is on the field at the outset of the following game.
