By Roman Tomashoff, Huskies Wire: After the Washington Huskies suffered a disappointing 26-14 loss to the Oregon Ducks to close out the regular season in their second year under Jedd Fisch, the head coach took some time at the podium during his postgame press conference to look ahead.
Throughout the season, Washington’s depth chart in key contributors has been littered with underclassmen. On offense, most notably sophomore quarterback Demond Williams Jr. and running back Adam Mohammed, true freshmen wide receivers Dezmen Roebuck and Raiden Vines-Bright, and freshmen offensive linemen John Mills, Paki Finau, and Champ Taulealea.
