By Ryan Kelapire, Arizona Desert Swarm: Jason Terry is leaving his Arizona assistant coaching position to be the head coach of the Denver Nuggets’ new G League team—the Grand Rapids Gold—according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Terry, a former All-American and member of Arizona’s 1997 national championship team, was hired by Sean Miller prior to the 2020-21 season and retained by new head coach Tommy Lloyd this spring.
