By Ezra Amacher, Arizona Desert Swarm: When Kevin Cummings joined the Arizona Wildcats staff as wide receivers coach, he said the program would make a concerted effort to recruit California’s Central Valley.
On Tuesday, Arizona received a commitment from one of the region’s top class of 2022 prospects, athlete TJ Hall of Fresno.
