Dawgman: With no senior season to show schools what he can do, Shorecrest (Seattle, Wa.) RB Gabriel Nelson didn’t have a lot of opportunities to play college football, but with a good FSP ID Camp weekend a couple of months ago, he was able to put what he can do down on film and he impressed the Washington Husky coaching staff enough to earn a preferred walk-on offer.
“I split time as a sophomore and junior at tailback and played some linebacker on defense, but no one really saw what I could do,” Nelson told Dawgman.com recently.
