The first time the Washington coaches got a look at 2022 Liberty (Henderson, Nv.) WR Germie Bernard, they were impressed enough to extend him an offer and that offer came at the end of September last year when he made a trip to Montlake. Nearly a year later, the Huskies got some good news from the four-star wideout when he made the decision to commit to them.
