By Will Backus, 247Sports: Houston is hiring veteran running backs coach Mike Jinks, the Cougars officially announced. Jinks has more than 25 years of coaching experience, around 20 of which he spent at different levels around the state of Texas.
He most recently served with USC, coaching the Trojans’ running backs for the last three seasons.
