Fresno State president, athletic director break down Pac-12 move

A formal announcement was made Thursday morning that the ‘Dogs will make the move in 2026. Fresno State President Saúl Jiménez-Sandoval and Director of Athletics Garrett Klassy addressed the local media following the news.

Fresno State is one of four teams making the move from the Mountain West to the Pac-12.
