By Roman Tomashoff, Huskies Wire: Jedd Fisch has found his quarterback. On Saturday morning, four-star quarterback Derek Zammit, a product of DePaul Catholic High School in Wayne, New Jersey, announced his commitment to the Washington Huskies.
For Fisch, not only is he getting a promising dual-threat prospect who is ranked as the nation’s No. 26 quarterback and No. 6 player in the state, but he beat out former UW coach Kalen DeBoer and the Alabama Crimson Tide, Mississippi State, and Syracuse for his services.
