By Greg Biggins, Rivals On3: Ogden (Utah) Fremont athlete Salesi Moa has flipped his commitment from Tennessee to Utah and will sign with the Utes on Thursday.
Thursday is Moa’s 18th birthday so the family decided to hold off on signing today to make his birthday celebration more special.
The talented athlete originally committed to the Vols back in July in a very tight race over Utah. The Utes were able to rally back and land one of the most versatile players in the country.
