By Dushawn London, 247Sports: Four-star shooting guard Jovani Ruff is staying home and committing to the California Golden Bears. The 6-foot-5, 175-pound forward from Long Beach (Calif.) chose the Golden Bears over a final group of Kansas, Oregon, and USC.
Ruff is ranked No. 40 overall in the 2025 class and is the No. 6 shooting guard and No. 5 player in the state of California.
