Bruin Report Online: Former Washington quarterback Ethan Garbers just announced he’s headed to UCLA.
Garbers went into the transfer portal last week and UCLA wasted no time contacting him. The Bruins were a finalist when Garbers originally committed to the Huskies and they also reached out to him after Chris Petersen stepped down at UW last December.
