Former UW signee Ratumana Bulabalavu flips to USC, breaks down decision

By Greg Biggins, 247Sports: Carlsbad (Calif.) Army and Navy Academy defensive lineman Ratumana Bulabalavu has committed to USC and plans to sign with the Trojans on Wednesday.

Bulabalavu was an early commitment to Washington and signed with the Huskies during the Early Period in December. He de-committed from the Huskies two weeks ago and took official visits to Utah and USC over the last week before committing to the Trojans.
