By Jarret Johnson, Inside the Red Raiders: Tyler Shough announced he was entering his name in the transfer portal on Feb. 12 then declared he was transferring from Oregon to Texas Tech just 10 days later. The 6-foot-5, 221-pound right-handed quarterback threw for 1,703 yards, 16 touchdowns and six interceptions with a 64.8% completion percentage in his career with the Ducks, including last season as the starter when he threw for 1,559 yards, 13 touchdowns and six interceptions in seven games. He also led the Pac 12 in passing efficiency (160.4) and rushed for 271 yards and two scores.
