By Jack Williams, Beale St. Bears: The Memphis Grizzlies were not expected to have much of an impact on the NBA in the 2020-21 season. In fact, without Jaren Jackson Jr. for most of the season, making the playoffs was an extreme longshot. At best, this team was supposed to give it their best in the play-in tournament and head home with frowns on their faces.
But that wasn’t the case in 2021.
