By Steve Samra, On3 Sports: Former Colorado State wide receiver and San Diego State transfer Louis Brown IV has found a new home via the NCAA Transfer Portal. On3 has learned he’s committed to join Baylor for the 2025 season.
Brown IV played high school football at Inglewood (Inglewood, CA), where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 1935 overall recruit in the 2022 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
