By Jackson Moore, Bear Territory: Reports first came out on Feb. 5 that Ron Rivera would be Cal’s first general manager of the football program. Today, March 20, the hiring received regental approval and became official.
The former NFL head coach and Super Bowl-winning linebacker is returning to his alma mater for the new role.
