A former 247Sports Composite five-star recruit who originally committed to Alabama, Alfano is transferring to Independence Community College after spending last season with the Colorado Buffaloes.
ICC’s football team was featured on the third and fourth seasons of the television documentary “Last Chance U.” Alfano was the No. 5 ranked recruit and the No. 1 ranked defensive end in the recruiting class of 2019 out of Colonia, New Jersey.
