Dawgman: In a bit of a shock, redshirt freshman Sama Paama has retired from football, per Washington Head Coach Jimmy Lake during a media call Friday morning.
“Sama Paama, for personal reasons, has decided to retire from football,” Lake said. “It was great getting to know him and we respect his decision and we wish him and his family nothing but the best.”
