Forget interim, Jake Dickert makes clear he’s WSU’s ‘interviewing head coach’

By Barry Bolton, CougFan: Washington State’s Jake Dickert doesn’t think himself as the acting head coach, rather he’s the “interviewing” head coach, he told Jason Puckett and Jim Moore on KJR950 Radio on Wednesday.

Dickert’s WSU interview process began in earnest on Oct. 18 when he was put in charge of the football program, and he said AD Pat Chun is well aware of just how much he wants to be named the permanent head football coach at Washington State.
