Mateer accounted for all three touchdowns in the Cougars’ 24-19 win over UW at Lumen Field. The 6-1, 217-pound quarterback ran for two scores, threw another and led the Cougars to a win over their bitter rival.

“It means a lot to all of us,” Mateer said.
