While the Aggies ranked top 5 in Conference USA for rushing yards per game, they ranked last in offensive efficiency (94.0), second-to-last in passing yards per game (143.2) and third-to-last in touchdowns scored (28) and yards per game (323.2). NM State’s poor offense was one of the main factors behind its 3-9 season, and it has spent the offseason rebuilding for new offensive coordinator David Yost.
