By Jame Crepea/OregonLive: There are more financial implications to Mario Cristobal leaving Oregon for Miami than his $9 million buyout.
Cristobal forfeits $700,000 in performance bonuses he earned to date by departing UO before the end of the season and the $300,000 retention bonus he was due if still coaching the Ducks on Jan. 14, effectively costing him an additional $1 million and saving Oregon those payments.
