247Sports: Former South Carolina and Utah quarterback Jake Bentley has found another new home after entering the transfer portal for a second time. Bentley announced on Wednesday evening that he will complete his collegiate career at South Alabama.
Bentley, while at Utah during the truncated 2020 season, threw for 882 yards and six touchdowns against six interceptions while completing 62.1 percent of his passes in his first season with the Utes. The former four-star passer came to Utah this offseason after three years as South Carolina’s starting quarterback.
