By Matt Howe, 247Sports: Former Oklahoma Sooners quarterback Caleb Williams has narrowed his transfer decision down to the LSU Tigers and USC Trojans for the 2022 college football season, according to a report from OKC-KWTV Sports Director Dean Blevins.
Williams is currently the top-ranked player in the portal after his freshman season at Oklahoma.
