Duck Territory: The Los Angeles Chargers No. 6 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft is looking like he’s working out well. Quarterback Justin Herbert wasn’t expected to start this season but after an emergency start in September, the former Oregon quarterback has now earned NFL Rookie of the Month honors for the month of November, following up on the award which he took home in October.
The NFL league office announced that Herbert was the Rookie of the Month on Friday. In a release from the Chargers, Herbert’s month was historic and on the level of an NFL all-time great.
