Elite tight end Jaleel Skinner includes ASU, Oregon in top 10

Jaleel Skinner of Greer (S.C.) High trimmed his list to Florida, Texas, Miami, Arizona State, Clemson, Alabama, Florida State, LSU, Oregon and Oklahoma.
