By Matt Prehm, Duck Territory: The 2020 football season was a year where the Ducks would see sophomore tight end Spencer Webb build off a very promising 2019 season and become a focal point of the offense, and then see redshirt freshman Patrick Herbert try and replicate Webb’s 2019 year as one of the program’s primary tight ends. Neither player however could get out of the starting blocks as both dealt with injuries that lasted for most of the year and they played a combined one game in 2020. Now the two young tight ends are healthy and making up for the lost time.
