Ducks enter 2026-27 with ‘one of most complete rosters of Dana Altman era’

By BCSNN Staff: Oregon men’s basketball has assembled one of the nation’s deepest and most intriguing rosters for the 2026–27 season, adding a wave of Division I transfers and two highly regarded freshmen as head coach Dana Altman prepares for a new campaign.

The Ducks bring in eight transfers — Dwayne Aristode (Arizona), Taylor Bol Bowen (Alabama), Pharaoh Compton (San Diego State), Jerry Easter II (USC), Jasper Johnson (Kentucky), Andrew Meadow (Boise State), Fred Payne (Boston College) and Tyrone Riley IV (San Francisco) — along with five‑star freshman Tajh Ariza and three‑star guard Seven Spurlock.

The group joins returners Sean Stewart, Luke Johnson, and Rian Gonzales, giving Oregon one of its most balanced and versatile rosters in recent years.
