Ducks drop out of top 10 in recruiting rankings after Kelvin Banks decommits

With the news that five-star offensive tackle Kelvin Banks has decommitted from the Ducks, Oregon’s class fell out of the top 10 in the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings.

The loss – a major setback on the recruiting trail after Mario Cristobal announced he was leaving for Miami – dropped the Oregon class two spots to No. 11 overall.
