Devin Richardson says out of his 3 schools, WSU's football culture 'No. 1'

By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan: Washington State is the third and final college football stop for linebacker Devin Richardson and since arriving at WSU in January, it was clear Tuesday after practice he already holds the Cougs’ program in high regard.

After playing for Texas and New Mexico State, the 6-3, 229-pounder from Klein, Texas, said WSU’s football culture is unmatched.
