By Jeremy Mauss, Buffaloes Wire: Former four-star quarterback Isaac Wilson is hoping for a new start with Colorado. Wilson transferred from Utah after it was clear he would not be able to win the Utes’ starting job in 2026.
With the Buffs needing another quarterback when Ryan Staub transferred to Tennessee, Wilson fit that mold.
He has starting experience in a Power Four conference from his time at Utah: Wilson was thrust into the starting role as a true freshman in 2024 after an injury to Cam Rising.
