The 56-year-old Colorado Buffaloes football coach recently showed off his steps while jogging on CU’s practice field. It’s the first time he has been able to comfortably speed up past a walk since dealing with blood clots in his lower extremities.
Sanders is working toward being able to run behind Ralphie next year.
