By Nick Kosko, On3 Sports: Deion Sanders was asked about his health Tuesday and it seems like the Colorado coach is more satisfied with that than his football team at the moment. The Buffaloes are 2-3 and missed a big opportunity against BYU in which Sanders said the moment might’ve been too big for the team at that time.
But Sanders, who revealed he battled bladder cancer this year, is in good spirits. Already having to deal with amputated toes due to blood clots, Coach Prime’s positivity is evident and inspiring.
About halfway through the season now, Sanders was asked how he was physically. Other than being a little sore, he was his usual self.
