By Noah Furtado, SunDevilSource: For three days in December, BJ Green‘s future at Arizona State fell into limbo.The junior defensive lineman took to the transfer portal during the earliest stage of the Kenny Dillingham era, perhaps searching for a fresh start.
He would no longer have the firm guidance of former position coach Robert Rodriguez, who took a chance on the former walk-on due in part to his preexisting relationship with Greg Ellis — Green’s godfather, a former NFL first-round draft pick.
