By Jackson Moore, Cardinal 247: The Stanford Cardinal football program under head coach David Shaw rarely brings in official visits before January, but with unusual circumstances in 2021 they may make an exception. Shaw said Monday that he is considering unprecedented official visits in June.
Stanford typically focuses its official visits into one big weekend, almost all at once in January for the “big weekend.” Recruits get the full experience to witness life on campus after the football season compared to schools that focus fall visits on the gameday experience.
