By Brett McMurphy, On3: The Oregon Ducks and Oregon State Beavers are not scheduled to meet after this 2025 season. However, Oregon head coach Dan Lanning said he is in favor of continuing the Civil War.
“I’m all for it,” Lanning told On3. “It’s a great rivalry. We want to continue playing it.”
Lanning said he welcomes playing a game in Eugene or Corvallis as opposed to traveling across the country. This season, Oregon will travel nearly 5,000 miles round-trip for its first-ever visit to play Rutgers.
