By Brad Crawford, 247Sports: Let’s just call Saturday’s USC-Colorado showdown at Folsom Field this year’s “transfer portal game” given rosters engineered by Lincoln Riley and Deion Sanders. During the 2023 recruiting cycle, Sanders and the Buffaloes signed a record-setting 51 transfers, which put Colorado’s portal class at No. 1.
And for the second-straight year, Riley weaponized his roster, landing 15 players for the No. 4 transfer class.
