Colorado's retirement of Sanders, Hunter jerseys sparks debate

By Xavier Michnewicz, Buffaloes Wire: Before the Colorado duo of Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders step on an NFL football field, the two are getting their number retired by the program.

No other Colorado player will wear Hunter’s No. 12 and Sanders’ No. 2 in the immediate future. The jerseys will be retired at CU’s annual “Black and Gold” spring game on Saturday.
