By Jack Carlough, Buffaloes Wire: Former Colorado football wide receiver Jimmy Horn Jr.’s NFL draft stock is seemingly on the rise thanks to a strong performance at the scouting combine on Saturday.
In a recent ESPN article (subscription required) breaking down the scouting combine, Horn was named one of six “risers” from Day 3 (wide receivers, running backs, quarterbacks).
