By Chandler Vessels, On3 Sports: Colorado State quarterback Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi is no longer with the team, interim coach Tyson Summers confirmed. The news comes after the Rams fired coach Jay Norvell this week.

“Brayden has chosen to step away from the football team for the remainder of the season but he handled everything extremely well,” Summers said. “I’m very proud of him. Fowler-Nicolosi spent the past four seasons at Colorado State, including as the starter for the 2023 and 2024 seasons. He also started the first three games of this season before being benched.
