BuffStampede: Running back Jaren Mangham is the latest Colorado football player to enter the NCAA transfer portal, joining wide receiver K.D. Nixon, safety Derrion Rakestraw, defensive end Jason Harris, quarterback Tyler Lytle, and walk-ons Mike Chandler II and Travis Drosos.
Mangham finished second on Colorado’s team with 441 rushing yards and three touchdowns as a true freshman in 2019. The Michigan native then suffered a sophomore slump during the abbreviated 2020 season. He gained just 35 yards on 23 attempts in five regular season games, and did not see action in the Valero Alamo Bowl.
