By Adam Munsterteiger, BuffStampede: 228 days after suffering a torn ACL, J.T. Shrout participated in a practice with the Buffaloes. The fifth-year college quarterback is sporting a brace on his left knee, and he has not been cleared for live scrimmage work, though.
“It was tough watching them last year, every day not having a chance to do anything,” Shrout said following Colorado’s first spring practice.
