By Jack Freeman, Buffaloes Wire: Colorado men’s basketball is reportedly set to lose a piece of the program’s future as star freshman Isaiah Johnson is planning to enter the transfer portal.
Johnson burst onto the scene with 24 points in the Buffs’ season opener against Montana State, which proved to be just a glimpse into a breakout year for him. The true freshman went on to lead Colorado in scoring, averaging 17 points per game, while shooting 49% from the field and 38% from beyond the arc.
