By Charlie Strella, Buffaloes Wire: The Colorado football program experienced a devastating loss over the weekend when backup quarterback Dominiq Ponder tragically died in a car accident.
Monday was supposed to be a new beginning with spring practices starting as the team prepares for the 2026 season. It was instead a somber day, with the entire program practicing with heavy hearts.
Following Monday’s first spring practice, several players and offensive coordinator Brennan Marion spoke to the media.
