By Chris Hummer, 247Sports: The transfer portal doesn’t ever really sleep, but it does go on pause for a bit starting Jan. 19 with the end of the winter transfer portal window.
Grad transfers can still enter at any time and there will still be a string of commitments from players active in the portal. But, at least for a little while, there will be a slowdown of transfer news.
